FERNANDO
ZAMORA

Born in Tarragona on 7th November in 1960. He took his degree in Chemistry in 1982, followed by a doctorate in 1988. After this he moved to Bordeaux to take a diploma in oenology. He currently balances his work as a professor and researcher in the faculty of Tarragona with that of Advisor to cellars such as Laurona y Clos Mogador. He has published more than 30 scientific articles and 50 articles explaining the process of oenology. He is the author of the book “ The developing and ageing of red wines: scientific and practical aspects.”
